They were very patient and professional while I explained my many concerns even though I did include a few more than we discussed over the phone. They quickly identified the problems and explained them to me. Their services werendone quickly all while wearing masks. I'm very happy with the results.

They came within a couple hours on New Year's Day! Raffi was able to fix our clogged kitchen drain within an hour. He was friendly, wore a mask and had slippers. He also spent the time to answer my questions. Overall good experience.

Starting a project to pump my septic tank in early November and said they would be back next day or two. After January 3rd I called them and told me their pumping truck had been in shop but now out and I was number one on the list. Two weeks later nothing, I called again said they would be out there that week, nothing. Called again and promised me would be there Monday or Tuesday, now it’s Thursday afternoon and nothing. Calling them today to cancel them. I wonder if someone waited three months to pay them if they would be so understanding?
