The room was not clean. They didn't have a single USB port in the room. The beds were hard. Staff were not friendly. The hall carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed for a month. The only thing they offered was coffee. Nothing for tea or hot chocolate. There were a couple decent towels mixed with towels that should have been thrown away. Would not go back, nor recommend.
Mrs. Beverly is absolutely amazing and very professional. She is genuine and goes above and beyond to help you anyway she can. I love her so much and will forever be grateful to meet her. The setup I had for my wedding reception was beautiful! The gentleman who also helped us throughout the night with ice and other things was a sweetheart as well.
It was nice hallways in 2nd floor carpet need to be clean a little better
Was a nice facility overall.nNo breakfast being served which was disappointing especially when they had signs up for breakfast service.nSeemed to be cutting corners on disposable items as well. Only 1 coffee cup available, no trash bags in cans, no coffee for guests in the morning.nGuessing this is a result of Covid but figured I'd post a review of what was noticed.
Rooms were very clean, all staff we interacted with from the front desk to the bar and restaurant were very friendly and accommodating. The beds were great, usually first night in a new place I never sleep well these beds were so comfortable I slept like a rock. Next time we come to Montgomery this will be the place we stay
