It was fair, not awful but not great. The food was mediocre but hot and fresh. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. Only one car in front of me and no one behind at first. The wait was about 15-20 minutes!! I ordered sweet tea but when I got to the window they said they had none but were making some and it would take a while. I just asked for a different drink. The staff were polite but seemed inexperienced. I won't go back any time soon.
We drove from Saks to this Krystal and I must say it was well worth the ride. We got our food in a timely matter and Renee smiling facing made it even more enjoyable. We will be backud83dude01
I ordered the big country combo and the sandwiches did not have the country gravy on them. Isn't that a primary component of country fried steak!!! How do you forget that if you are making that sandwich. I could only surmise that they just didn't care. Will not be going back the this Pell City location.
Absolutely horrible food!!! 0 stars all 24 burgers are super soggy and seem very old. I waisted about 33$ today! Definitely would not recommend!
This is the freshest, cleanest, fastest, Kryatals between Birmingham and the GA line!
