Pell City Ace

I had purchased a product from there in terms of equipment. I called to get an update with Management on March 28, 2021, at approximately 12:45 p.m., and spoke with a supervisor. His customer service skills were ridiculous. He had no type of concerns for me in regards to my equipment nor was he able to give me an answer.nnOnce I get my equipment, I will not purchase anything else from Ace in Pell City Alabama!!! Horrible experience!!

Ace Hardware in Pell City is AMAZING. We ran out of propane in our camper and had to run up there and they helped fill us up. They were so kind and nice on the phone and in person. We would’ve been a very cold family had they not been able to help us out. Thank you for your great customer service Ace Hardware!! Highly recommend shopping here!!

This place is amazing. One stop shop for your household gardening needs. You can find a pvc plumbing part or repair your garden hose. Customer support is awesome.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Biff was particularly helpful to me, he stopped and helped me with several items. The store is very clean and I love to shop local.

These guys were great!! Helped me load and strap everything down on the freezing cold and were so nice about it.
