Everyone there friendly and the stylist are Wonderful.
I drive an hour for services at the Style Bar because I just can’t go anywhere else! The whole staff is welcoming and will make you feel like family. Everyone is incredibly talented and the prices are fantastic. Can’t recommend this place enough!
I love the atmosphere. The stylist are amazing and very friendly. You'll get the hair cut you ask for here.
My mother went here and was treated very badly by Clint, he was extremely rude to her. She ended up getting her hair done by someone else. Customer service has really gone downhill in society and there needs to be a focus on that as well as talent. When a place provides a service (especially in the beauty industry) the employees and owners need to know that people are using their hard earned money to CHOOSE to go to a specific place to receive a service. Clients don't owe you for coming there they are choosing your business and they should be treated with respect and courtesy. In the beauty industry people are not only going to receive a service but, also an experience. This experience was very bad for my mother. The person providing the service isn't the one being served, THEY are providing a service and this needs to be remembered! Just because you are good at what you do doesn't give you license to treat others in a disrespectful and condescending manner. It may not hurt to lose this one customer but, if his customer service skills don't change he will eventually end up with no clients. Shame on the salon for not reprimanding him for his extremely rude behavior.
