Birmingham Station

This is my first visit to this station. Can't speak a lot about the service. But I can say when I was getting off the train the staff, from the birmingham station did offer to help me down from the train . The porters for the baggage were not very accommodating I had to flag them down and then they still didn't give me any assistance.. the station appears to be clean and well kept. It's very small from what I can see as I said I wasn't there long enough to really notice much.

IT WOULD OF BEEN BETTER IF THERE WAS A PARKING LOT CLOSE BY.I COME OUT OF THE TRAIN STATION AND NO CAR.

Their service with the disability people that are deaf are horrible, I arrived at the station so I could catch the train but then instead I waited and waited, I got fed up so I asked the security and the services where the assistance are at for to help take me to the train since I couldn’t hear but they would say to wait and they will be there shortly so I waited more longer then I decided to ask again then the security said I already missed the train when nobody ever told me the train was arrived there. Amtrak service are very disappointing. Definitely not recommended for deaf people, nobody needs to miss the train like I did.
