Mr. Wells (Mike) has always been there for my family. And once again, I needed his services today. My water heater bit the dust after 24 years of wonderful service (lol). With an impending Winter Warning and conditions beginning to worsen, Mike and one of his highly trained technicians, Austin, came to the rescue. They had no choice but to wait on their supplier's weather-related delayed opening.nnOnce they arrived at my house, it was all over. They were a pleasure to watch. Demonstrated the highest levels of knowledge, skills, and abilities. My old water heater was LP gas and I chose an electric model. Of course that required extra work on their part. Not a problem. In probably less than an hour, I was once again with hot water. Mike and Austin's professionalism, friendliness and leaving the area cleaner than when they found it was truly impressive. They just made my day. Though I can't thank them enough, thanks guys. I greatly appreciate you.

The did several jobs for me and were on time and did a good job. However, they were scheduled for another job and did not show up and will not return phone calls.

Mike answered my call right away and was responsive and on time. Identified problem quickly and replaced pressure valve within the hour, which included going to pick up part! Will call again when I need a knowledgeable and reliable plumber! Also just a really nice guy!

I would highly recommend this company. I had a break in an underground sewer line. Mike came out and used his camera to locate the break in the line. He sent two men, Austin and Russ to make the repair. These two men fixed the problem and were very courteous and did an outstanding job. I was highly impressed with their work ethic. The cleaned up the area when they completed the job. I was so pleased to find a company that took pride in providing great customer service.
