A great small-town hardware store. My family has done business here for over 40 years. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and know their regular customers by name. Prices are higher on some things, but you won't find this kind of service at the big box stores. Plus you can't beat the convenience.
This is the best place in Hamilton the people are great they have all the tools you need and very very friendly and efficientn..
Staff greets you as soon as you walk in and are eager to help you find what ever you need.

I've always received good customer service when in the store and over the phone. I have been in there when it got really busy but when I made it to the front of the line, they were willing to help me in any way. They have had items that I thought I could not find anywhere else in town. I've been pleasantly surprised several times when finding items that I had looked all over town for.
