I have been with a couple of big companies and a couple of small ones, Avast Realty is by far this best company I have placed my licenses with. Randy Brooks(the owner) and Lenda Wagner(the broker) as well as the whole company are there if you need them but will not demand you to be at office meetings or fine you if you miss to many in a roll. It's as if you have your own company and run it like you feel is best for you. I will be here until I decide to retire.
