Jessica was wonderful! She was available when I needed her and she answered all of my many questions in a prompt and courteous manner. I brought my elderly mother with me to look at the apartment and, believe me, she is very picky about where I live! Jessica won her over right away with her calm, patient, and friendly personality. In fact, I looked at several other properties that day with a different agent. All of the apartments were comparable in price, location, and features. We chose the apartment Jessica showed us because of the terrific service she provided. I highly recommend Jessica for all of your real estate needs!

I’ve been renting from H2 for several years and am in the process of renewing my lease at the Lennox in Glen Iris (love this property!).nnAutumn Brown is always quick to respond to emails and provides great customer service.nnSteve Drake in maintenance is also just wonderful! He is a pleasure to be around, very kind and funny, and fixes any issue I’ve ever had within 24 hours of putting in a maintenance request (which has gladly been infrequent due to the great renovations done on the property).nnI’ve rented from several property managers in Birmingham, and my experience with H2 has been the best. Their current staff just goes above and beyond for tenants.

The entire process of leasing/moving in was easy and swift! I had all of the information needed to make an educated decision. From start to finish i felt safe in making this big financial choice. All the way from property management, to trusting the people you're leasing from, i feel very grateful for this opportunity. Sandra was a huge help and guided me along this journey as i needed it!

I recently leased a unit from H2. My leasing agent was Jessica Barnes and she was excellent. I could not have asked for better. The first unit I saw was not appropriate but she suggested another one based on my needs. She made the whole process quick and painless by answering all my questions and responding in a timely manner. I was able to get through the process and into my new place quickly and efficiently thanks to her. I highly recommend Jessica Barnes and H2.

I been At Redwood Manor for 6 yrs. And I must say they probably is better than Southside properties in maintenance services. But they will up the rent price every year. They won't let tenants know something they are about to do until a few days. They make underline decisions without tenants say so Security Doors. Hopefully we will be moving. Because the apartments that I live in the walls are thin. And they won't put in soundproofing in the rooms. I believe 2021 will be the last of H2 and Redwood manor.
