This is just to congratulate the police department of Tarrant, Alabama, for having on their staff an officer like William Stacy. He is an officer that lifts the name of his department on high. Did you guys respect Officer Stacy's kind gesture? As an outsider I was left wondering if you all saw the importance of good will and kindness as of foremost importance OR did you see it more important that Helen Johnson should have been arrested? I'm just wondering as someone who doesn't know how this might go.
