After reviewing the many positive reviews for Guin, I had them come to inspect my heating system. Calvin Boyd my technician told me that the system was operating properly but the 35 year old insulation on the duct work was in dire need of replacement. After my own brief inspection I discovered that the insulation on some of the duct work was missing.nCalvin did an outstanding job of replacing the insulation. I highly recommend Guin and Calvin. Will definitely use them again.

Service provided was excellent. Installed new gas line for kitchen stove. Technicians were fast efficient, patient, polite and extremely professional. They went out of their way to make sure I received top notch service! I highly recommend Guin.

For the last couple of years we always call Richard at Guin to help us when we have any plumbing issue. Our kitchen sinks backed up last night so we gave him a call this morning. He was able to work us in and got over here today and got it fixed (had to get on the roof to clear it out). We appreciate that timeliness and level of expertise. It’s really nice to have those tradesmen you know you can depend on when in need.

I have used this family company for years and years and each time they come in record time (minutes NOT hour from when I first call) They send a picture of who will be coming. The prices are amazing! The service is uncanny! Nothing like them ANYWHERE in today’s world. Please use them and support good work and excellent service (FYI:: it isn’t MY family- I don’t even know owners or employees just blown away at the amazing quality of help/service) Hats off to Guin!!

I've been in a service based industry for over 20 years, so great customer service is key for me. After calling 3 other companies last year to come service my generator and none of them showing up, I was referred to Guin actually by an electric company. From the phone call to schedule my appointment, the email and text notifications along the way, picture in a text so I knew who was going to show up at my home, then Adam shows up to hit a home run with the bases loaded. lol Adam was so pleasant and knowledgeable. Informed me of potential cost along the way so there weren't any $$ surprises at the end.nWhen you're not angry or upset when making a somewhat expensive payment for service/maintenance....this is what I call great customer service!!!nI was going to have to pay it anyway.
