Dylan and Jamey had the best customer service and knowledge I’ve ever seen. These two gentlemen was so nice and very courteous. They toke care of my problem with ease. Also, the receptionist was so prompt and nice, This the best plumbing company to use. Thank you Drain Co-Huntsville.
Had repairs for backed up septic lines between house and tank...did a great job as well as installation of kitchen sink and toilet about a month ago. Yesterday I found a busted main between the meter and house. They helped me dig it up and repair it. Response has been within 24 hours both times, was high quality craftsmanship and fairly priced. Will absolutely call them again
We had a clog in our master bathroom caused by work done by a contractor.. The Draingo Plumber realized what was going on and did his best to help us resolve the plumbing issue and even spoke the contractor on our behalf. They in turn realized their error and worked to fix and correct the issue. We appreciate the attention that they paid to us and are forever grateful.
Great service! They were fast and efficient. I would've given 5 stars but one of the workers wasn't wearing a mask in my home. I would've preferred everyone be masked. Otherwise, fantastic service! I'd recommend.
