KS was referred to me by my contractor. I have experienced their techs to be competent and honest. They are always early (not just on time) and easy to talk to and deal with. I feel like they run a quality business and are interested in taking care of the customer honestly and just up-selling. Prices are more than fair, especially for the service and professionalism that comes with it.

I recently had KS come out and install a new AC and furnace for me. They did a wonderful job and were very professional! This is obviously a big investment and they took the time to explain the options and made me feel comfortable with my decision. I got several quotes and when considering the quality (higher seer, 2 stage, variable speed blower) they were the best priced.nFurthermore, the install took place on a Friday. Saturday late afternoon I had an issue pop up (no fault to them). I was able to get in contact with the owner who came to my house at 7pm on a Saturday and stayed with me until he got the heat back on at 9pm. Can't beat that customer service!

Called KS for help with a heating problem. Phone call was helpful and professional. Tech arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and quickly found the problem. Gave me a quote and was very pushy about going forward with the repair. Had to tell him multiple times that I would get back with him. Fixed it myself for $1100 cheaper. Unreal. Great company but pricing is ridiculous. Wow that review went south fast. Unreal

They were very professional,arrived at the stated time even with the rain coming down and do a very nice job.my home is colder not than when i bought it. I AM VERY PLEASED with the work that they did. It only goes to 5 stars but i would give them a few more. THANK YOU GUYSVFOR ALL OF UOUR HARD WORK.

Devon with KS Services was very helpful, knowledgeable, on time (earlier than expected actually), and worked quickly with care. He set everything up on my new gas range and was able to help me get the old range outside. He did all of this without damaging the product or my hardwood floors. He was polite, friendly, and was able to call for help when he realized he didn't have a hand truck. Blake (his coworker) was able to be there within 20 minutes and was also helpful, respectful, and kind. The price was one of the best after I called around town 10-15 places. Highly recommend!
