Dakota and Andrew showed up and showed out!!! They got the work done in no time and at a decent price. Even went out they way to find a part they had in the truck i needed and not charge me for it!!! Great company and i will recommend and use them in the future.

Man, I was in a pinch after my countertops got installed and the new sink was all set. Needed the disposal and the faucet hooked up and my water turned back on! Called them and they came out within like 2 hours and knocked out the job quick as all get-out. Trey was super attentive and professional and made sure the job was up to par before taking off. Pricing was fantastic as well. Very satisfied and glad to have such a responsive great resource available to me in the Birmingham area!

I'm a licensed plumber in the Birmingham area. While working at a customers house I recommend they call Drain Werks to jet they're sewer line. Dakota showed up within two hours of customer making the call. Dakota was courteous and did a awesome job! He even took the extra step of not only sending the homeowners before and after videos, he also sent them to me. Gave me peice of mind knowing my customer was taken care of.

We had major drain issues at our home. Our plumber recommended Drain Werx to us. Once we called them, their Operation Manager (Evan) had his guys to our home within an hour! They were the most polite and professional men!! My husband and I were so impressed with their knowledge and how they had the latest in technology to correct our issue. I would highly recommendation Drain Werx. They are TOPS!!! Dakota, Chris and Evan are the best!

They were called and came out. I had previously had 2 other plumbers come out which I passed on and I’m glad I did. My water system is going strong and they really made sure I had everything fixed. Red is the best and super friendly. He knows what he’s doing and figured it out quick. The only issue is that they did have to go underground so now my yard is a mess so it would’ve been nice if they put gravel back down but at least my water werks!!! Just know that you will get people that know what they’re doing and make them your first and last choice.
