Service was great as always! Michael and Jarvis arrived on time and immediately analyzed the situation. The work was more complex than the service I selected. I called roto rooter to remove our old dishwasher and install a new one. Also, had the water cutoff valves replaced because they were corroded and would not shut off completely. Extremely responsive—they were able to come the same day I called and completed everything we needed in a reasonable amount of time. I believe the price was a little high but it was an extremely physical job that required a lot of adjustments and was done quick! Very happy!
We had a squirrel enter through the sewage air vent and somehow manage to go through the pipes and lodge itself into our toilet bowl where it was stuck. Roto-rooter came out promptly on a Saturday evening and solved the issue without even having to remove the toilet. What could have been several hundred dollars ended up being very reasonably priced. Our plumber Teddy was very courteous and professional as well.
We had a broken flange after tile repair and called Roto Rooter. Teddy was awesome and explained everything he was doing each step of the way. He was thorough and ensured everything was level, secure and worked properly. We would definitely use them again!
