I drive past four taco bells to get to this one simply because the service is outstanding and the food is always perfect..nTaco bell corporation should send all Taco Bell employees here for customer service training!

Went here to pick up a free chalupa box and I spent a good while by the counter waiting to get served. The gentleman who eventually helped me didn't know what drink I had ordered either, but he was nice and apologized for the wait, no harm done.nnIt might just be me but, after trying out what was in the box (which tasted good, don't get me wrong), I had a killer stomach ache that evening and kind of regretted it. That might just be because I hardly eat fast food though.

I did an order online around 12:30 am. Pulled up to the drive thru and the young lady sounded like I was bothering her. After telling me that they didn't have my online order and I must have the wrong location, I read the address to her that was on my email knowing I had the correct address because I live in Tarrant! My order finally came through. I was given 1 drink and then asked to wait which I did not mind waiting. A nice young man came outside to bring my order which I told him I did not receive my other drink. He said ok and never came back. Being frustrated, I just left. I did not want to go back through the drive thru again and have to wait. Upon arriving home, I noticed my chicken quesadillia was also missing. My family and I eat at this location quite a bit and have never had such terrible service. They weren't even crowded. I was the only person waiting.
