Newk's Eatery

The only reason I gave a one star is because it was the only option.nI waited 39 minutes on a Sunday for a soup that was already made and a garden salad. The manager obviously thought that this was ok. I eat at Newk’s university drive 2-3 times a week in Huntsville and I have never had such a awful experience. The manager didn’t say I’m sorry or nothing l, just approved the refund and went on like nothing happened. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!

A lot of contactless options! Needed a little more direction though. You have the option to order online and dine in, but the directions left a little uncertainty about what steps to take. The food was really good, I got the Newk's club and my daughter got the Little Newk's pepperoni pizza. The restaurant was a little chaotic also, a lot of movement, but food wise it was a nice choice.

Food was delicious as always and the service was great. They were very crowded yet we still didn't have to wait very long for our food. We'll definitely be back!

They are simply never prepared to handle a crowd. Horrible customer service. Always takes for ever to pick a carry out order when there is clearly a place to place them for customer to call ahead and pick them up. Where is the production operation management?

I had the half Greek salad and soup which was Veggie and it was DELICIOUS seasoned EXCELLENT it didnt take away from the vegetables at all. The environment was clean and the service was EXCELLENT shout out to the young lady that gave me a complimentary drink as I waited for my food she was very manerable!!!n#ILLBEBACK
