I had an AMAZING first time experience at this beautiful establishment! Everyone was so kind and welcoming and the place was very clean. Lele was my nail tech and she slayed my nails I love them so much. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Every experience I’ve had here has been a great one. I get a gel mani and and spa pedi, and each time I’ve had a different nail technician. One of my gel manicures lasted every bit of three weeks- which for me is a very long time. I call and make an appointment, not always necessary but I like to make sure I can get in. Their prices are comparable to everywhere else in the area.
The service was ridiculous. As we walked in we were greeted & she told me to pick a color. I sat down & continued to sit there for who knows how long as they continued to work with other customers before me even though I got there before those customers. Not only that, when they started to do my friends nails they said “uhh ew” when they looked at her nails & proceeded to stare at her & speak in their language with a disgusted look. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE & TERRIBLE SERVICE. Not only that, they offered everyone a bottle of water around us but did not offer us one. What you pay here is definitely not for the service you get. When I told them I didn’t want gel she kept on trying to convince me to getnit when that is not what I want nor what I ever get. I will never be back.
