I had my first ever pedicure today. I walked in with no appointed & was seated right away. Everyone was nice & courteous. They really made me feel @ease & pampered. I will definitely go back from now on.
they took great care in their work and made sure everything was perfect. absolutely wonderful!! only gave 4 stars because it took so long. so if you're planning on going make sure your day is clear!
Called ahead, had an appointment for 2pm. Walked in 2 minutes before our appointment and it states you cannot be in there without a mask. IT IS NOT MANDATORY because no one can force you to wear a mask if you can't breathe. They said no, we cannot have you in here without a mask. So they just lost a customer and more to come. I will go else where as they apparently DON'T know the actual law. I'll go to bowling green where I went before. Was only coming here because someone recommended the place. No recommendation here because they apparently are ignorant and don't look up anything in regards to the covid 19. ✌
I have been to many nail salons but perfect nails llc is the best nail salon there is. They are friendly & I have never been more satisfied.
I've been going around 3 years and learned from 2nd trip to only go to Katie. Well Katie n her husband have left. They guarantee your nails for 2 weeks. The guy who did mine was rude spoke to me like I was a nothing! My nails messed up the very night I had them done. It's about a 45 minute drive so with that and the fact I couldn't get Katie I knew there was no need in going back it has been 2 weeks now and I have 2 nails with nothing left on them. I will NEVER EVER be back and I highly recommend no one goes there.
