10 out of 10! I had a wonderful experience at this salon. My stylist Kaitlan was absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable in her craft. The entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the whole visit. The salon was clean and organized.nI unfortunately had a little mishap with scheduling and they went out of their way to fit me into their schedule. Very impress with their customer service.nWe travel around in our RV, so we don’t live in the area but I wish I did so I could get my hair done at this salon. I would definitely recommend!

i just wanted to share my experience from awhile back just in case anyone has the same problem. I went here to get my hair highlighted and notified the hairstylist that I have some allergies to hair products. She reassured and told me everything would be fine. What I didn’t know prior is that if your customer tells you this you’re supposed to do a patch test- they didn’t. The next day I broke out worse than I ever had. I had severe burns on my neck, face, and ears. I sent them pictures and it took months of communication to finally get back a refund. Not even a full refund like they had told me via text.nnSo for those of you like me with any type of allergy I would notify them and ask for a patch test. I also don’t suggest doing business with them after the poor customer service and communication.nnAs for the company I would suggest hearing out the client and really listening and being more prompt with replies. I wish I could attach a photo to show everyone how bad this was. I had to miss work, get a steroid shot, and it was just plain miserable.

Love some of the stylists so much; however, Chelsea used racial slurs and the owners of Cowan and Co need to do something about it so more black people and POC can feel comfortable at this salon!
