An appointment was made to fit my schedule within one day. We met fir estimates, received a great price and in the same day all work was completed, both a new AC System and a water heater! The install was quick and efficient! The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, polite, and work hard and quickly. Working with Dunn was a great experience and outcome. I highly recommend them for any plumbing, heating, or ac needs!

I called dunn‘s because my upstairs air conditioner was not cooling. They were very efficient and sent somebody out the same day. The technician was very competent and friendly. However, their price for R 410 refrigerant was excessively expensive. Be aware that you will pay about double what the average cost is to recharge your refrigerant in your air conditioning if you use this company. I called another company and they charge 1/5 of the price per pound for the refrigerant and have the same charge for their service fee.

Our water heater internally exploded causing a major leak and sparks on Saturday. Dunn's was the first company I came across that offered weekend services. Josh arrived within an hour of us calling. We knew the water heater was not going to be repairable. Josh gave us a few options. We chose to get the new installation completed as soon as possible. Josh took care of everything quickly and efficiently on Saturday. We did have a little water dripping Sunday but it was not a true leak from the pipes it was residual water from a drainage pipe but Josh knew my wife was concerned and came to check everything out on Sunday. He gave her peace of mind. We will use Dunn's in the future but hopefully for only maintenance and no more emergency repairs.

Taylor was great. I called first thing about AC not cooling. Was told someone would be out that afternoon but Taylor called about an hour later and said he was on the way. He was very knowledgeable and polite. Offered 3 solutions to the problem. I chose the one with the annual maintenance and received a 10% discount. He had all of the needed parts and finished in less than an hour. Now my AC is cold again! Definitely recommend Dunn’s as well as Taylor. Update: 11/16/2020-called for smart thermostat installation. Taylor showed up in less than an hour and installed 2 for us at a reasonable price. This company is definitely going in my list to keep.

Aubrey was very personable and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and fixed 1 spigot. He gave us quotes for several repairs as requested. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him at all.nThe company's pricing is a bit on the high side.n$168. To replace an out door spigot. ( water faucet )
