Just started using this cleaning service. Really nice and helpful. They have won my business! Turn around is very quick.

Took a $300 dress to be cleaned and they lost the neck tie to it. They deny they lost it and that it was never even on the dress. I still had to pay for the service. I've taken wool pea coats to them before and it was like I never even had it cleaned. There was still hairs all over them. I should have known better than to take my dress to them, but I thought it wouldn't be as hard as the coats. This dress just wasn't a $300 dress, it meant way more to me than that. They were very rude when I tried telling them about the neck tie, and said it would have been seen if it came off during washing. I didn't ask to get it washed though, I wanted it dry cleaned. I know they are lying and something happened to my neck tie.
