Very good service to get your clothes cleaned. But it is drive up only for now.

The worst and most unprofessional dry cleaners in Anniston. For starters when you give your clothes to an establishment of this sort, your trusting them to get out stains that you can’t get out with simple washing over and over. This particular place focuses on leaving the stains in the clothes hoping that you don’t see it without looking at the clothes themselves before they hand you the clothes back. Unprofessional part comes in when there’s a problem, they’ll get mad when you ask them to resend it back to be clean or you tell them you can’t pay the service until the problem is fixed. The whole management at the Anniston and 13th Street is totally rude and will not help you resolve any problem. I wish I could give this place and employees zero stars. Every last one of these workers needs to be fired and replaced for poor customer service and unprofessionalism. Do not take this review lightly. Just take my word especially if you like your clothes.
