Quite possibly the most positive force in my life, Edith is a compassionate and knowledgeable therapist who has the professional experience to discuss complex issues. In addition to our therapy sessions, she offers real-life tools and resources that have been life changing for me and my family. Her staff go above and beyond to make me feel welcome which leads to more open and honest sessions with Edith. I now know that I have access to a phenomenal therapist who truly listens non-judgmentally. Edith gives me clarity, peace of mind, and the courage to believe in myself. Everything you’re looking for can be found with Edith and Couch Counseling!! (Plus, every minute I get to spend with her precious fur-babies is priceless!)

I’m sure Dr. Couch is a wonderful counselor. I can’t say for sure, however, because trying to schedule an appointment through her secretary is worse than pulling teeth.nThe few times I actually got the secretary on the phone, she was downright rude and hostile, and didn’t seem very interested in helping at all. She literally tried to argue with me because she did not send me the appropriate paperwork and did not contact me to confirm whether I had an appointment on a certain date, despite the fact that I called twice to ask.nMy boyfriend went to her office to schedule an appointment in person, and she made him feel very unwelcome.nFor some people, it’s hard to reach out for this kind of help. To have someone like that at a counseling office just makes an already daunting task harder.
