Would give 5 stars...nNon-smoking room... open the door to smell cigarettes.nnVery beautiful n clean... bed is firm yet soft. Pillows n bed coverings smell like laundry detergent. Furniture matches. Friendly service, the room was clean and comfortable.The ice/vending machine area was not well lit and kinda creepy there is a micro fridge combo in the rm so bring your own snacks
There was a glitch when I booked my room. I asked for non smoking, but was given a smoking room. After fighting with myself about asking to change room it was an easy process. They manager handled it within minutes and was nice about it. The four stars is more about how noisy it was. Right next to the road and my new room was next to the office and I could hear everything. My only complaint. *When I first arrived, and the reason I fought myself to get a new room, was the smoking room wasn’t even that bad. The smell was kinda off, but it wasn’t till more guest arrived on the smoking floor that it got to the point I couldn’t stay.
If I could give this place a zero it would definitely get one, nasty, paint peeling on doors, sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot and the room they gave me was filthy. Requested a refund before even taking my suitcase inside, avoid this hotel at all cost.
It was a better experience than a few years back. You can tell they renovated their rooms. They look great and beds are sooo comfortable now. I will stay there again.
