Fort McClellan

I had basic training at Ft. McClellan in 1973 Company C and Sgt. Powell and Cpl. Tunney were the best! It was the best experience at that time of my life! I went to Ft. Rucker, Alabama after graduating where I did my AIT as an air traffic controller in which I was stationed there for my Army career! Love every minute of it!

What good memories did my basic training here Dec. 1978-Feb.1979 after reading some of the reviews it made me sad to hear that placed is closed and the toxic waste that was going on. I have my basic training yearbook that l occasionally look through thinking about that place and some of the wonderful people that l met while l was there wow can't believe it's been over 41 years wow how times fly❗❗❗

I went thru basic training and ait in July of 1977 for Military Police, at Ft McClellan.

I did my basic training there in November 1982, best drill sergeant Troutwine.

I was born here recent pictures of the old hospital would be awesome I actually spent a lot of time here as a child and I honestly regret eating the fish out of the pond and I also know where the waterfall is and I know where honestly pretty much everything was located back in the 90's.
