Contacted this company in regards to an estimate to replace a leaking, outside water spigot. First let me start by saying the technician was professional in conduct. However, the tech arrived and provided no estimate and was unable to give me a guesstimate. The leak warranted the work, so we proceeded with repair. The tech had no parts on his truck to make the repair, even though the problem was discussed prior to the day of service. Had to pay the $75 an hour rate for the tech to drive around town and collect parts. Bought a spigot that was too long, so rigged it by splitting an untreated board and screwing it to my block foundation. Charged 2.5 hours to replace a spigot less then a foot long. Grand total $300. My suggestion would be shop all your plumbing options before considering this contractor. ALSO, does not guarantee work for a year. Tried several months to contact the about the faulty repair and would never return a call to discuss.

The plumber responded quickly and was very professional. Would hire again!
Had my sink fixed promptly and both the Supervisor and the person the did the work were both friendly & Professional if you needed work done I'd definatly go to them because anywhere else you'd have to wait or people don't answer their phones so these people were awesome.nnFrom me to you....nnThank you guys!
