Most of us never experienced a handshake as binding as a signature. When I met Charissa at Sold Sisters Realty a handshake and a signature happened in my heart! Charissa was an absolute delight to work with and our property was sold in less than 4 months after being listed!

I dealt with listing realtor, charessa, after I put in full offer plus I pay closing on a recent house sold sisters had listed. She told us she was only accepting offers till Saturday evening so we rushed to put in our offer. Charessa said she didn’t have a strong offer because it was contingent on other buyer selling their house as well as one other offer. After evaluating offers, she told my realtor I had the house and would get homeowners to sign contract ASAP. She kept giving my realtor the run around about contract. We hear nothing Saturday evening then Sunday morning she sent a screen shot to my realtor that homeowners viewed the contract that morning and were just having trouble signing the contract. So we think all is well.... My realtor still tries to contact her throughout the day and nothing. We finally heard back from her Sunday evening and she said house went to someone else who was also working with sold sisters to keep commission in sold sisters. I wish I would have known this and not wasted my time with the incompetence I encountered. I have purchased multiple houses in multiple states and I have never been treated so rudely. I have always been given the opportunity to counter offer in the past. The ethics and lack of professionalism is quite alerting. I also feel bad for the sellers because they lost more money due to keeping deal within sold sisters. I could have offered more if given the opportunity. Please be careful!

Working with Holly was great! My father-in-law lived out of state and she made the process so easy for him and us! With all the obsticals due to Covid-19 thrown at us we were still able to secure financing and close in a timely fashion! Thanks so much we will definitely be using you again!
