My mother has been a resident for six months and although I live in a different state, Miletree has been like extended family to me when it comes to care for her. I can't say enough good things about the wonderful front office and the nursing staff. She entered Miletree at a most difficult time, at the height of Covid. After a tough first few weeks, the staff....from nurses to social director to activity director have helped her fears subside, even with her growing confusion and she is living in a safe environment where she is cared for and comfortable around the clock. I could not imagine where she would be in her journey without Whitney helping me along the way. The lady obviously cares about what she does. Whitney has been like family. And others...Trisha, Melody, Amanda, Susan, nurse Cathy in the evenings...I feel I know them all more like family because they call me regularly and keep me informed on everything about my mother. Professional, helpful, caring, personable, knowledgeable...This is Miletree. Like family. We made the right call when it was time to give my mother the care she so desperately needed.

Six years ago my mom started showing signs of dementia. She went to live with family. After only a couple weeks there, she fell and broke her hip and wrist. After surgery, she was transferred to Miletree. Her recovery was difficult. Everyone (Doc, nurses, aids, all therapies, housekeeping, dietary, social workers, maintenance and activities) gave mom the best care she could have received anywhere in the world. She never cared for exercise, but rehab worked with her and got her back. She didn’t want to go out of her room for activities, but Whitney got her out and going. She had always been a social butterfly and before long she was attending all the activities (Church, bingo, holiday parties and so many more). Mom passed on February 20, 2020, two days before, she was singing in activities. I miss her everyday. Miletree was a true blessing for my mom and her family. Love working with the staff to bring joy to the residents. The activities director always keeps up with projects and things to do to keep the positive atmosphere going. The staff do a great job and keep the facility feeling like a home. Highly recommend.

My mother entered the facility March 2020. The administration is absolutely wonderful! A young woman named Whitney has been so kind about helping me, they all have really. I feel my mother is happy, that she is well taken care of. That is what matters most!

My mom has been a resident of Miletree Center for several years. The staff do a good job of taking care of her. The activities director keeps the residents involved with enjoyable activities. I believe they are genuinely concerned with providing her with a good quality of life and show her love and compassion.
