This is the second time we've stayed at this particular hotel, and both experiences were lovely. The young lady who checked us in and was friendly and cheerful despite the late hour and was the first hotel employee we have ever dealt who actually knew the laws regarding service animals. Both times we've stayed the rooms have been clean with no strong smells (even the air filters!).nAs someone who travels for work and stays in hotels for months at a time it was wonderful to stay at a hotel whose amenities were actually open hot breakfast, pool, etc. and it made it feel like we were getting what we paid for.nI would highly recommend a stay if you are in the area.

The BEST HOTEL IN STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA BAR NONE! NO OTHERS CAN EVEN COME CLOSE TO THE CLASS AND RESPECT YOU GET FROM THE STAFF HERE. PLACE IS CLEAN SMELKS GREAT...POOL AREA WITH JUNGLE AND WATERFALL. TRULY ALMOST HEAVEN...TRY EM OUT YOU WILL LOVE THEM. SAY RON SENT YOU.

Room was very small for two queen beds. Stuffy / old smell. Curtains were dirty. Just felt it could use some attention. Only stayed because of its proximity to the casino. Outside pool green / brown ud83eudd2e ... That was my view. Also I find interesting that they have a message in the room that if for any reason you want to leave within the first hour after check in, you will get a full refund. No questions...

We stayed here because it's in the Wyndham chain and we love most of their hotels. This 1 is no different! It was nice inside & out. It looked to be fairly new. I wish I had taken a pic of the pool because it was nice as well! The only issue we had was with the key card. I had to have the card replaced upon arrival and again after we come back from hearing supper. When we left & come back the next day we had the same issues but 1 of the housekeepers tried our card and it has to be inserted and left in for a second or 2 and removed very slow and this may need to be done twice but it worked every time afterwards when I did it like that. I'm used to having to put it in and remove it fast so that's the way I was doing it. Other than that, everything was perfect!
