Although the hotel is probably cleanest I've ever been to, and everything is as it should be, the staff is what sets this place apart. Everybody I had the opportunity to meet, including at check in, check out and especially breakfast were terrific! I plan on making this my new favorite place to stay while in Charleston.
The hotel staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. It was certainly the best experience I have had at any hotel. They cared for my entire family and were attentive and professional. Thank you!
This is one of the best Holiday Inn Express hotels my husband and I have stayed in over the years. We highly recommend it when you are in the area.
I really liked this hotel!!! From the time we checked in to the time we checked out (Fri/Sat) The front desk clerks were always smiling, cheerful and accommodating!!! They all seemed genuinely happy!!ud83dude00. The hotel itself to me seemed new,and modern. I liked the decor. Rooms were contemporary looking and comfortable!!!! They offer a small workout room w/ treadmills and stationary bikes. They have a indoor pool which is HEATED!!!! The hotel and grounds were spotless!!! This is a non-smoking hotel but if you have to light up they have designated smoking areas located immediately off the ground floor elevators. This was a good find!!!!!! as far as lodging is concerned. It is located a little off the main drag,not to far but enough to be void of horns,sirens and noisey mufflers.It is a short 7minute drive to the casino,its shorter than that if you can hit the traffic lights right!!! The shuttle does pick up and drop off here normally, but not during these times of social distancing. Like I said this was a good find, and I will be back!!! And im confident in saying you will feel the same way after your stay!!!! And don't forget the complimentary hot breakfast/ and 24/7 coffee at the front desk( the good stuff too) there's a lot of little things that made it to be a very pleasant stay
Place is not worth a 120 dollars. Room smells awful. Beds are not comfortable at all. Pillows are cheap. Bathroom is very small. Need to lower you’re price. Be more realistic for what you’re offering.
