Looking for a place to rip my Nina and all I see here is pictures of traffic, dogs,and a casino... How about telling us what the track is like? Paved? Dirt?

I went with some friends...thought I could have some drinks while they played black jack.nNot the case.nSecurity approached the table 3 times, because of no real reason. One asked how long we planned to stay.nMy impression is that if you are not there to gamble, they don't want you there at all. The restaurants and bar are there to cater to the gamblers, not the general public.nI have went to casinos in Las Vegas, and was treated quite well even though I wasn't there to gamble.nThis wasn't the case at the Mardi Gras Casino.nMy friends, who were gambling, were actually kicked off slot machines, so they could be emptied. This was the most non-customer friendly thing I had ever seen.nThis was only my second time I had ever been to the Mardi Gras Casino, and my experience was not pleasant at all.nThe manager, at one point, jumped all over the bartender for serving a few guys jack and cokes in certain plastic cups. Apparently, they were the wrong size cups.nWhen I saw this happen, it made me regret ever walking into the place, as I didn't feel welcome, the bartender obviously works in a hostile environment, and security personnel has a strong need to make themselves visible.nAgain, I have been to other casinos, and I have never been made to feel like trash for drinking, and not gambling. So much for being open 24/7...you get kicked off the slot machines at 4:00am...just empty the darn things when no one is sitting there.nI won't be back.nOh, also I heard one guy complain that there were no cocktail servers on the floor, yet when he ordered 4 drinks to take back to the roulett table, he was told he could only order 2. My goodness.nIt was just a chaos environment with unprofessionalism. I was very disappointed.nI am not the type to post reviews like this, but my experience warranted it...others need to know what this place is like...unlike other casinos...no one was friendly, welcoming or professional.nOh, before I forget, one dealer yelled at a guy for walking up to the black jack table while on his cell phone. Apparently, this is a no-no, yet there was no sign, and there was no kosher or polite advisement, just a yell.
