I had the water service line at my home break. This leak resulted in over 100,000 gallons of water to be wasted. I had my water turned off, and Barry came out and immediately noted some issues that needed addressed, and was able to diagnose the problem.nnThe quote? $4,000. Plus $135 for the initial visit.nnLuckily the cost was covered by my insurance company, and he was able to excavate, and replace the ground line in just 3 hours on a Saturday.nnNow, to be fair, I was also quoted $3,000 for weekday service, but again, I needed water, and the insurance paid for it.nnFor $4,000 I got the old pipe replaced, and the yard put back nearly identical to how it was. Pictures included.nnBarry even discussed ways to fix other issues, and was keen on details and making sure everything was done correctly.nnYou'll notice I kept mentioning the price. It's pricey. A master plumber, licensed and certified, with 20+ years experience, working on a Saturday, with the comfort of the work being done correctly, is worth the investment, especially if the insurance is paying. Honestly though, I don't think I could have afforded this service otherwise.nnVery good service, great customer support, fantastic response time. You get what you pay for, even if it is more than you expect.nn5 Star service, but loses a star for cost. Again, check with your insurance, you'll be surprised what they cover. I will likely be calling them back to get work on smaller jobs, and if I do I will update this review.

We are so grateful we found Barr Plumbing to have replaced our defunct water system and well pump. He was quick to respond and efficient. Now we have water, water pressure and it's nonstop.

Oustanding service! My father and grandfather were plumbers, so I know when someone does a good job and knows what they're doing.n2 guys came on time, with a beautiful truck and all the parts and equipment to pull and service my well pump. Wasted no time, knocked it out in 2hrs, and got my pump back up and running. The bill was also much lower than I was expecting. They let me pay on the spot with my debit card, which was very convenient.

Don't use these guys. Service charge is outrageous! $130 plus! $130 plus just to come out for 15 minutes! They will immediately tell you that you need the most expensive work done with minimal checking and effort to diagnose your problem. Don't use these guys.
