Super friendly ranger with lots of great hiking suggestions.
My work took our clients to the park today and many of them are from the DC area. All of them were captivated by the gorgeous scenery and relaxing atmosphere. We took them to the overlook and it was a perfect end to a great day. There's many great parks within WV and Cacapon State Park is among the state's best!
Great venue for events. Attended a wedding. Married my wife there as well.
We enjoyed a restful meeting around a campfire. An easy, quick getaway from Hagerstown.nClean restrooms are available.
