Captain Marcy (sp?) was as professional a police officer as I have seen when faced with a first amendment audit. He never accused the gentleman filming of any crime, was polite and courteous and offered to help with anything the auditor wanted. I've seen hundreds of audits online and by far the majority of police take the attitude that the guy filming is doing something suspicious even though they acknowledge it's their 1st Amendment right to do so. The behavior exhibited by the Captain is the type that would change the minds of those that distrust the police. Kudos to the Captain. He makes his department look super professional.

Outstanding proffesionalism. They approach you with an attitude that really makes you feel welcomed. They do not approach you with a pre dertimined mindset that too many police stations have. They treat you as equal citizens and not as criminals.
