I got turned away at the door because I had a backpack with me. I don't understand what a backpack has to do with anything but I offered to set it in the corner or wherever else they may want me to put it but without any common courtesy or simple consideration they just said no, backpacks aren't allowed and refused to let me in. I find it so funny as I'm almost 40 and had it with me as a suitcase. I'm posting this cause as a repeat customer at this very location they wouldn't give me more than 2 sentences before dismissing me and making me feel like I was less than a lower class citizen.

It's not one of the places that are traditionally have big wins at but the staff is exceptionally nice and it's a very pleasant place to spend a little time.
