I had cracks in all my walls. My microwave didn't work. My children were on another floor their washcloths had stains on them. The only good thing was the beds were comfortable. We were only staying for a few days so we made it through.
I would only stay here if you had no other option. It's really dirty. It smells ok, but it's very dirty. There were no blankets on our beds... Seriously, only sheets. The cable was out. We were given only 2 bath towels for 4 guests. The elevator in particular is disgusting.nnPS The staff was really nice. They should probably try to get jobs at places where the guests have less to complain about because they definitely don't deserve to hear it all the time time.
The Ramada was nice but NO TV The manager is doing away with direct TV for cable but he turned all the TV off in every room common sense will tell you to leave the TV on until you switch over and no local channels and I couldn't watch the REDS game.
Would not recommend this place, one of my items went missing within the first night. And once I confronted the first desk I was told “ they had no house keeping at all for this week” then the next morning house keeping just walks into our room without knocking or anything. Beware of your important items, house keeping is Sketchy and so is the hotel in general. DO NOT STAY HERE.
beware of bathtub! Very slick in some rooms. Not the cleanest in entry ways. For the most part desk staff is friendly.
