Great food. Amazing bourbon selection (and great bartenders). Incredible staff. Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, come here to take in the beautiful new lobby and eat at a comfortable and safely spaced distance. Tons of televisions to take in your favorite games. Highly recommend.
Beautiful, Recently Renovated Hotel. We had two connecting rooms and both rooms were clean and tidy. Overall, the hotel was very clean.nnThe limited breakfast was delicious but more staff should have been on hand to help with the influx of people.nnParking is $15 if you park in the parking garage. When I looked at my AMEX Hilton Account I have 8 pending charges. It will be interesting to see what posts as only one item for parking is what was charged.nnI would gladly stay here again.
My 6 year old and I had a wonderful time at the Embassy Suites in Charleston, WV over the weekend! Richard was awesome, always available, and great with my little one! Jerry was super helpful, prompt, and always available when you needed something! We would definitely come back and will recommend to our friends and family!
Clean, large room, very friendly staff. Daily happy hour at the bar with Stephanie was always welcomed after a long day at work. Definitely will stay here again when I come back
Service is excellent and the food is straight forward and executed well. Nice ambiance since the renovation. Bourbon selection is above par with a fully stocked bar.
