My rating is based solely on the kind staff. They all were so sweet and helpful. We got in late and left really early so we never saw the room with the lights on! Thanks for being you!
I’ve stayed here a few times before and it was always a pleasant experience. This time was different. The first room I had (1005) had a refrigerator that made an awful noise, so there was no way I could sleep there. The room also wasn’t very clean as there was hair in the bathtub, bathroom floor and sink, as well as, crumbs on the desk area. I called downstairs and was moved to a new room (908). Later that night, I felt like relaxing in a bath and the tub stopper didn’t work. It looked as if someone had removed the rubber part. I called downstairs again just to let them know and they offered to move me to a new room. As I had already moved once and it was after 9p, I decided against it.
Great place to stay! If you're in the Charleston area and need somewhere to stay, the Sheraton is a nice, cozy and best of all clean and friendly! The staff treated us very nice! Highly recommend the Sheraton!
Customer service by Jackie on the late night shift was excellent when I created a problem for myself. I also really appreciated the bulk dispensers of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash instead of single use plastics. The bed was also the most comfortable I had slept in for a very long time.
I’m writing this review to share about our wonderful experience. Christy at the front desk was very kind to our family and we will definitely stay here again because of her hospitality. It’s rare you get such great customer service but this mom of 4 really appreciated it. Honestly, everyone we encountered at the hotel were helpful and willing to help me. The hotel is in a great location with water views. You are within walking distance to many restaurants and it is overall a great location. The room was nice, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and the hotel was clean.
