Great stay on 11/25/2020. We arrived around 11pm and we weren't sure how nice the room would be since it was the day before thanksgiving.nThe stay was wonderful! The room was quiet and clean and everything worked as expected. The staff was friendly. I travel a lot and it's rare that someone asks me how my stay was (partially because I don't visit the desk much), but upon check-out, the front desk associate asked me how it was.nI do miss the great Country Inn breakfast buffet, but completely understand why they don't serve it during the pandemic. To be honest, even if they did, I'm not sure I'd feel safe eating it. The to-go bag had a decent variety of prepackaged items, so that was appreciated. I'd gladly stay here again.

There was a very nice man and lady here Saturday night. They were my favorite part about this stay. The shower head was amazing, with strong water pressure. There's the good. Unfortunately there was more bad than good. Pool and hot tub were closed, sure to Covid. Very understandable. I was booked for 2 queen beds. I checked in to, two full size beds. We stepped out Saturday and asked for house keeping with some fresh towels, came back to nothing. The beds were springy and bouncy with the most undesirable pillows, I have ever slept on. The TV was also very out dated and took about 3 minutes to power on. This was my first trip to West Virginia. Was a very beautiful place and I will be returning but unfortunately, I will NOT be staying at this hotel again. Was over priced for the comfort. The breakfast was decent.

I arrived to the location after booking 2 rooms online. The lady said she only saw one room, even though I had a confirmation code and all. She then added another room. I was then charged for three rooms separately, all three charges cleared. I called to ask about this and was yelled at and told what I was explaining was not valid. The person at the front desk didn’t even want to look into it and said to call back in 5 days. I understand that some extra holds appear but this situation was completely different. I am not sure why they were not willing to look into this and had the need to scream at me. Worst customer service ever! I will never stay here again.

The Country Inn by Radisson spits on their customers and is unreliable. We had a reservation on April 1 for a pet-friendly room with two beds. When we arrived at 8:30 pm after traveling for over eight hours we were informed that they had overbooked and the rooms were all gone. The employee at the counter couldn't have cared less about the spot she put my family in and just shrugged her shoulders. She didn't even bother to call to warn us of the issue or try to help us find other accommodations. She went on to say there was nothing she could do and that things happen. So my wife, three kids, and our dog were left out in the cold with no options. There were no other open rooms in the area, so we were forced to travel the rest of the remaining 6-hour trip home that night. This company put my family in danger because they are greedy and unreliable. They should not be trusted to provide a safe stopping point for your family. Avoid them at all costs.
