Gene’s Plumbing Services Inc does great work! It’s been about 3 weeks since their technician came out to install our water softener system. Our water quality changed immediately, no more rings in the toilet from the hard water and iron from our well. Our dishwasher actually has never worked better. Our laundry machine uses half the soap to do a much better job than before. The technician made quick work on the install and did so in a very professional and safe way wearing his mask. The turn around time from the day we ordered the parts until it was actually installed was just a couple days. Thank you Gene’s Plumbing for helping out our family. We cannot say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend you give them a shot you won’t regret it.

Very nice people from beginning to end. Call for service was handled very professionally and the appointment was quick and convenient. The plumber was very efficient and knowledgeable about the issue I had. Fixed quickly and skillfully. Will definitely use them again.

Gene's Plumbing, namely, Gene, Cody, and Caleb, all three did an exceptional job correcting our plumbing. We originally requested a wash sink to be installed in our mud room, complete with hot and cold water, along with the ability to have non-water softened water. Gene came onsite and did the intake and identified several problems that needed to be corrected. He then assigned the job to Cody and Caleb, who both exceeded our expectations!nnThey had to re-route our water softener location from the mud room on the main floor, to the basement. It was placed near the water pressure tank, water heater, and the house-wide water filter. They also relocated our bacterial light filter to this same area. We learned that our water softener was one of worst on the market, so they provided and installed a brand new, much more efficient water softener system. Next, they ensured the order of water flow was correct.nnAfter the job was completed, we requested Gene to come out and explain to us, the work that had been done. Once he inspected Cody and Caleb's work, and explained how it was all set-up, we realized that Cody and Caleb had provided an even better solution than we had envisioned! Our water quit working this evening and the serviceman on call was at our house within 30 minutes! He assessed and was able to repair the issue in less than ten minutes! Thank you, Gene's Plumbing!

Gene arrived promptly and went right to work on a list of plumbing issues -- questions, repairs, advice needed on lots of things. I was getting a vacant house ready to sell. While Gene was working, a man showed up and began asking questions about the property and the listing, and launching into a long story; while he was talking, Gene finished his work and got into his van - he wrote some notes, scrolled through his phone, made some calls -- all the while this stranger was talking; finally the conversation concluded and he left; I walked over to Gene's van and asked if everything was finished and he said that he had finished but thought he should stick around until the other guy left since it was clear that I didn't know him. Talk about going the extra mile! What a very kind and generous thing to do! Not only is Gene a quick and careful plumber, he is also a considerate and thoughtful man.
