Every time I have called, they have answered and the woman was always polite. We had to adjust our order once and they were going to allow us to pick our linens up early, sadly we had to cancel our event due to COVID but she was very nice about it. We were not charged any sort of cancellation fee. Thank you Nu Way for your excellent customer service.
Obviously didn't want my business. Called multiple times during the time s when they were supposed to be open but no one ever picked up. Left voicemails and sent emails and no one ever got back to me.
