This place has locked my family’s clothes in and refuses to let them get them back. The little boy whose clothes that are in those washers is autistic relies on his clothes for comfort. This is freaking ridiculous and the sign says they close at 6pm but they locked the doors at 5:15pm while my family went to the store

The water stink. They don't clean the dryers. The women who work there are nice the guy is very rude doesn't speak. I left my clothes there while I went to go grab my basket from home not even 5 minutes away that was at 5pm I was back at 5:15 to take my clothes out the dryer. The guy put the chain up and locked the doors they not suppose to close until 6pm. This is the second he's done this. They suppose to open at 8am I was sitting there until 9 am before he even got there to open up. It's just bad for business!!

Closes earlier than time stated in RED on the door. 6pm close time. We tried contacting them way before 6 and took pictires of the close time with a screenshot of it too show the time we were there. Even if you are still here and wanting to get your clothes BEFORE 6PM ( the time posted that they close) they do NOT care amd will refuse your belongings until next business day. Hes a hard working man who starts his day at 430am so that means he can be heartless and close earlier than posted and keep an autistic childs comfort items away from them.

I left my clothes behind to go home for a diaper bag, took maybe 5 minutes. I returned at 5:35p (the door says they close at 6:00p) And my clothes are locked inside. Currently, I’m sitting in the rain out front of the laundry mat because the door says they open at 8:00am. It’s 8:11am and my clothes are still locked inside. Unprofessional as it gets.
