Peter Pan Cleaners

Took one pair of curtains in to be dry cleaned picked them up and took them to the air bnb to rehang and found that there are white patches all through them and on the lining also. Took the curtain back to cleaners and was told that he (the manager) could fix them so I left them there knowing he was not going to be able to fix them.I went back today to get the curtains and when I got home they look the same as when I picked them up the first time.Manager was very rude to me .I paid 29 dollars to have my curtain ruined and the expense of making new one.I should have taken the money and burned it behind my house at least it would have given off some heat.lol NOT HAPPY!!! All in all I spent about 75 dollars to make new curtains and paid to have the other ruined.Nice work Peter Pan.

I have used this company for years now. He is very accommodating. I have ordered my kids tuxedos for prom, he has always made sure it was exactly as ordered, fit well and he isn't too expensive. This man is a combat veteran from Vietnam. Yes, he has an injured leg but it doesn't stop him. He is very nice, and I will be doing business with him from now on. I salute you sir and thank you for your service.

I was in Elkins on business and needed some clothes dry cleaned and laundered. We had some items that were cashmere. The items that were cashmere were shrank to fit a small child and some of the clothes didn’t even look like they had been washed. I will never take anything here again if I am ever back in the area. The gentleman that was working there just wanted to argue. Not sure if he was the owner but if he was he needs to learn a little on how to deal with customers. He decided that we would just have to agree to disagree.

Very disappointed .can’t believe this kind of place still existing !! Poor service and business disgusting dirty place I ever experienced in my life! Too bad decisions to leave my goodies in this place so unfortunate ! Ruin all my stuff ! Very much angry but can’t say anything better just useless ! never return this place ! Should of better close down this business
