This would be zero if allowed. 4 1/2 years ago, I was in the market for a small ranch in the Rocksprings/Edwards County area and Kerbow Land had a couple of listings I was seriously interesting in looking at and possibly buying. I sent several emails and left several phone messages, however no replies to my emails and my phone calls weren’t returned until 3-4 weeks later and by then I was so frustrated with the lack of response I had already moved on and found another local realtor. In the end, it worked out and I was happy with the other realtor and the ranch I purchased. Because this realtor didn’t take my inquiries seriously and it’s a shame, because they had some nice listings at time, don’t waste your time with Kerbow Land!

This was the worst experience we’ve ever had. Rarely ever any contact and then it was usually just a text. Very very slow responses and the longest and worst closing ever! I do not recommend.
