They sold me an item that was incorrectly labeled didn’t notice till I left.nSo I came back the next day to return.nI had my receipt.nShe said she couldn’t give me my money back except to go back on the card I paid with.nnI talked to Loyd and he said they are trying soon to offer store credit. I appreciate him reaching out to me it has made this problem a little better. Lesson learned before you buy see how you can return an item.
This is my preferred lumber yard to shop at and most of the time I like to search for products online before driving up there. Unfortunately the website is absolutely useless for doing this as you can't search for anything on it. I wish y'all would redo the website and make it searchable for all the products.
