We opened our account as they 1st opened. They charged the credit each month through Dec. Went to get car washed in January and said problem with credit card. Paid for car wash, came home called credit card company, no problem. Again in February, problem with credit card, cc company says no problem. Stopped in to car wash to figure out problem, they can't help. Gave me a card to call I customer care, have called, music plays for 5 minutes, leave a message...message left, no response. I have called numerous times in Jan and Feb to get no response, this is NOT customer care!!!nSTILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE!
I got the membership. I wash my car once a week. Pretty hassle free. Saves money over all and keeps my car in great condition.
I buy a 35$ wash all I want for a month evertime its the best carwash option and at a great price. Fast, friendly and ready to assist you staff always available aswell.
Good car wash,however I think it washed better when it first opened..last few times I was in there,it didn't seem to clean as good..
This car wash is good! They soapy brush your car as it enters the wash.
