Called to report an issue with a laundromat they manage that one of the machines took our money but woudn't work. I was told someone would get back to me to refund our $4.50 and of course no one called us back.

I think they are the worst! I don't know if it's just me but they will give you the run-around until you lose absolutely everything! I don't know if that's that they don't want to rent to people that are disabled or on housing but they will not answer your questions not get back to you for weeks on end! They told me over and over again that I didn't have all the paperwork that they required. But after looking at my email they never even opened the emails I sent with that proper paperwork! They gave me the run-around until I lost my housing voucher! I would not recommend them to anybody not even my worst enemy! Avoid them at all cost!!!

They don't allow pets. I would never rent from someone who discriminates against animals!!
