The only reason this is getting any stars at all is because Charity - the lady who took my order was really friendly. This restaurant has screwed up 3 of the last 4 orders. This time, a sandwich was missing....again. We don't live close enough to keep going back and forth. I am SO done. I tried to call the store a few times and it just rang until it went to a busy signal. Literally any other drive through in the city is better than this one. I won't be back.
Got there as the store opened. Placed a decently huge order (I was feeling very snacky and panda express & Chili's were closed) and staff worked together to prepare my meal quickly. Good customer service and wow was it good! Haven't been to Arby's in years and I'm glad I did!
Got love the beef and cheddar, looking at the sandwich before I go to eat it a tear comes down one side as it reminds me of my ex! And her beef curtains! I love this sandwich
No dine-in service? COVID restrictions are lifted! And I’m not buying your “short on help” excuse...least not a good one for a restaurant with no table service.
Great customer service, chicken wrap and loaded curly fries were awesome.
